With the end of another school year and summer holidays finally here, it’s time to
relax, recharge and reconnect with family and friends and work on those special
projects. My special project that I’ll be working on is my latest book: How To
Make A Difference: Inspiring Children To Do Their Best.
If you’ve ever wanted to write a book, visit Vice Principal Glenn Dietzel’s site:
http://www.AwakenTheAuthorWithin.com/teleseminar_mg.htm
Glenn has been a great coach and motivator for my latest book. I highly
recommend his services! I only wish I had him for my previous 2 books!
Whatever your plans are, have a safe and fun summer!

SELF-ESTEEM GAMES (GR. 4- UNIVERSITY)
http://www.selfesteemgames.mcgill.ca/index.htm
Can computer games help raise self-esteem? Absolutely. In a world-first study,
researchers from McGill University’s Department of Psychology in Montreal
Canada have created and tested computer games that are specifically designed
to help people enhance their self-acceptance.
The games have catchy names such as Wham!, EyeSpy: The Matrix and
Grow Your Chi. All three games were developed by doctoral students from
McGill’s Department of Psychology: Jodene Baccus, Stéphane Dandeneau and
Maya Sakellaropoulo, under the direction and supervision of Mark Baldwin,
an associate psychology professor.
The team’s first research results on Wham! will be published in the peer-reviewed
journal, Psychological Science in July. Publication of research on EyeSpy:
The Matrix is forthcoming in the Journal of Social and Clinical Psychology.
